Discovering my passion for interior design has truly been a dream come true, shaping the career I've always envisioned. With each project, I immerse myself in the art of transforming spaces, infusing them with personality and purpose.
Before beginning my career in the interior design business, while studying I worked part time in a drapery and wallpaper shop, where my interest for period style windows first took root. It was there, in Pasadena, Ca I was exposed to many different types of period-style homes. I became determined to research the drapery treatments and fabrics used appropriately in these historical homes. With this new passion, I researched books on period-style window covering, fabricators of these window coverings, including drapery hardware suppliers, so I began to specialize in window coverings.
I collaborated with the workroom where my apprenticeship in the drapery business laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong dedication to the art of interior design.
I had the opportunity to find employment under a renowned interior design firm in Arcadia, California. They specialized in total and complete remodeling services and furnishings in the Arcadia, Bradbury, and Pasadena areas. This is where my skills developed, being surrounded by talented designers, architects, and an in-house drapery workroom. With their guidance, I honed my skills in construction design, remodeling, and the art of complete home furnishing.
In 1990, I took a leap of faith going on my own in business, setting up roots in the charming city of South Pasadena, California. I embraced the freedom, allowing my creativity to flourish, with a commitment to the authenticity of architectural details.
For me, interior design transcends mere decoration; it's a heartfelt endeavor rooted in a love for people and their stories. With each project, I delight in unraveling the unique tapestry of my clients' lives, weaving their hopes, dreams, and lifestyles into the very fabric of their homes.
Whether it's crafting cozy retreats for large families, orchestrating practical spaces for entertaining, or breathing new life into historical gems, I thrive on the challenge of bringing visions to life, whether it is contemporary or traditional. Every project is an opportunity to ignite the spark of possibility and reimagine my client's space.

Gardening alongside my dogs is my passion project. There's nothing quite like getting my hands dirty, watching plants grow, and creating a little slice of heaven at home.
